This project aims at promoting drug free lifestyle among Men having sex with Men (MSM) population and to facilitate MSM drug abuser’s motivation to quit drugs. Project elements include peer counsellor (volunteer) training, professional training for frontline staff and social workers, guided tour to drug rehabilitation centres for MSMs, anti-drug educational videos for general public, physical and internet outreaching services for MSM, individual counselling and assessment sessions for MSM drug abusers, medical assessment and treatments services for MSM drug abusers, CF Care programme for MSM and development of anti-drug booklet and promotional kits for MSM.

This project aims at sharing updated knowledge and experience among different medical, nursing and allied health professionals for early detection of hidden substance and drug abusers and advocating effective ways of making young people stay away from drugs. Project elements include a whole day symposium on the topics (i) The sign and symptoms of different substance and drug abuse; (ii) The different ways for early detection and diagnosis of substance and drug abuse; (iii) How to recognise and manage the complications of different substance and drug abuse; (iv) How to rehabilitate the substance and drug abuse patient; and (v) The different ways to prevent our young people from substance and drug abuse and to organise nine bi-monthly webinars focusing on the above topics in more depth.

This project aims at strengthening anti-drug attitude of young arrestees/ offenders and their peers by offering support and providing preventive education for high risk individuals and young drug dependent persons. Project elements include anti-drug talks for tertiary students, young adults outside school network and non-Chinese speaking persons, anti-drug workshops for young arrestees, young offenders and their peers and WDEP (Want, Direction, Evaluation and Planning) counselling and therapeutic sessions for drug dependent young arrestees, young offenders and their peers .

This project aims at strengthening awareness of drug harms of cannabis use and ability to resist cannabis through cannabis preventive education and counselling service. Project elements include experience sharing cum professional training for social workers, teachers and other professionals, anti-drug workshops for parents, production of anti-drug videos for young people and parents, community and school-based anti-drug talks or exhibition for primary, secondary and tertiary students and general public, anti-cannabis training for high-risk youths and ex-drug/drug abusing youths, case counselling for ex-drug/drug abusing youths, medical assessment/service for ex-drug/drug abusing youths, anti-cannabis peer KOLs training, big data analytics on drug trend and drug experience activities for general public.

This project aims at identifying hidden drug abusers in the community by peer-led outreaching service. Project elements include sharing seminar with anti-drug sector, music performance for general public to echo the United Nations International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, anti-drug events for prisoners, outreaching service for hidden drug abusers, training and supervision for outreaching team, anti-drug activities for hidden drug abusers and first-aid training for outreaching team.
