To fund the production of calendar cards and video tapes. The video tapes provide information for clients on drug treatment services and the harmful impact of abusing drugs. The calendar cards with counselling hotlines imprinted will be distributed to the prisoners upon their discharge.

Setting up of a Training Centre

To fund the cost of equipping a new training centre of the Agency. The training centre is used for running courses for the LEAP educators, parents and teachers with a view to better integrate and reinforce the health and anti-drug messages with their teachings to students and children.

Exhibition Boards with Fight-crime-anti-drug Messages

To fund the production of 30 panels containing fight-crime and anti-drug messages which are one of the component of the 1996 district fight crime campaign.

Project on Preventive Education and Guidance for High Risk Youths in Tseung Kwan O District

To fund the staff cost of a social work team and the expenses of preventive education programmes for one and a half year targeted for the high risk youths of Tseung Kwan O district. The programmes include life skills and assertive training, counselling services, talks and seminars, the production of training kits for teachers etc.

Chinese Drug Education Training Officer

To fund the staff cost of a training officer for three years .The training officer mainly runs drug education courses for teachers.
