To recruit and train students as leaders to help spread the anti-drug message to their peers and launch exhibitions in the school. Group training, visits to rehabilitation centres, adventure training, promotion of sporting activities, Q&A contests, short video production contest, and parent-child cooking sessions will also be arranged.

To provide preventive education for students suffering from mild mental disability, teachers and parents through exhibitions, worksheets, visit to the HKJC Drug InfoCentre, Q&A contest and talks.

To engage youth in help organise preventive education programmes such as workshops, visits to drug rehabilitation centres, training camp and war games for secondary school students. A song composing contest will also be held to promote the anti-drug message.
Inter-School English Debating Competition, Hong Kong & Macau (Drug Abuse/Prevention)

To arouse the awareness of students, teachers and parents in drug prevention and enhance the English and debating skills of students through the extension of an inter-school English debating competition open to school teams in Hong Kong and Macau held in 2006.
JPC - Production and Competition of Anti-youth Drugs Abuse's Videos

To organise an anti-drug short video competition open to secondary and primary school students, with the support of JPC divisions in schools. An educational video will also be produced by the Police for distribution to schools and libraries.
JPC Anti-drugs Day

To organise anti-drug activities in various police districts on designated anti-drugs days during Christmas, Easter and summer break in view of the high risk of youth coming into contact with drugs at discos, bars and karaokes during long holidays.
Student Leadership Training - Anti Drug Ambassadors

Leader students will be trained in the core and extended curricula of the school to convey the anti-drug and mental health message to junior students and parents. Programmes will include seminars, training camp, cake courses, visits and community services.
Drugs Beating Pioneers Training Scheme (2008-2010)

Students will be trained as ambassadors to disseminate the anti-drug message to primary school students in the district through seminars, and distribute anti-drug publicity materials at the cross-border checkpoint to Shenzhen. A game website with drug knowledge would also be set up.
Outstanding New Generation - Anti-drug Ambassador Program

To arouse secondary school students' awareness of the drug abuse problem through a forum attended by professionals, celebrities, top athletes, and rehabilitated drug abusers, etc. Students will be recruited as anti-drug ambassadors to influence their peers against drugs, and outstanding ambassadors will be elected to receive leadership training.
