To train up the existing peer counsellors of the applicant's drug treatment centre as qualified trainers on adventured based training. It also proposes to purchase some equipment for use in the adventure-based training.
6th AFTC International Conference, Hong Kong

To organise an international conference in 2003 comprising plenary sessions, workshops, and field visits. It is estimated that 200 overseas delegates and 200 local delegates in the anti-drug field will attend the conference.
