To fund the implementation of a 2-year programme aiming at enhancing the refusal skill of the vulnerable youths to drug offers and bad peer influence, increasing the awareness of parents about the drug problem and preventive measures. Activities include small group discussion, adventure-based counselling camp , talks and exhibitions and anti-drug handbooks.
